Our aim is to run a friendly, efficient business, with good stock levels and all items in stock being sent out by return of post. Items which are temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and sent to you as soon as they come back into stock. Small items are sent by postal service and large items (eg. rods, reels, waders, jackets, luggage, downriggers, smokers, boat seats or other hardware) or heavy orders are sent by carrier guaranteed delivery service.
Our normal office hours when customer service staff are available are 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We are always very happy to answer your queries about any of the items in our catalogue or on the web site or availability of products not listed too - please feel free to telephone or email us at sales@thepikeshop.co.uk

COMPLAINTS.
In the unlikely event that you should have a complaint about any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately through this link: sales@thepikeshop.co.uk putting "Complaint" in the subject line.
All complaints will be acknowledged - and usually dealt with and resolved - within five UK working days - often within 48 hours. All complaints will be recorded and are used as a source of information to help us continue to improve our service levels.
OUR RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURES.
You can return any item within seven days of receipt for any reason whatever for replacement, exchange, or refund. Enclose a note with your name, address and instructions. Please return items carefully wrapped and complete with packaging, and ensure that you obtain a proof of postage for your own security. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case, contact us by phone or fax for our return instructions.

Our policy at the pike shop is to respect the privacy of our customers at all times. We are registered under the UK Data Protection Act and comply with the terms. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
If you place an order with us or ask for a copy of our catalogue, or to be placed on our e-mailing list, we will place you on our mailing or e-mailing list and may from time to time send you catalogues or other information which we feel would be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive such information, please contact us: admin@the pike shop putting “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.
Your address, e-mail address, telephone number and other details will not be made available by us for use by any third party. We will only use this information ourselves to contact you on matters relating to your orders, or if we have future offers which may be of interest to you. We take our responsibility for the security of your details seriously.

The following charges apply;
Postal service for items of total order value £20 and over are FREE.
Postal service for small items of order value below £20 charged at £2.50 per order
All prices include VAT at 17.5%
Items which are temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and sent to you as soon as they come back into stock. You will not be charged for these items until we have them ready to send, nor will we make a second delivery charge on outstanding goods.
We usually despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order.
